Since 2019, we have provided mentorship to state and district teams at the Smithsonian Science Education Center's STEM Education and Zero Barriers Summits. These initiatives aim to drive positive change in states and districts by promoting diversification and offering inclusive opportunities for individuals of all abilities to participate in the expanding STEM workforce.

University of South Carolina and Center for Teaching Quality (CTQ)

We developed micro-credentials designed to evaluate professional learning based on competencies. These personalized micro-credentials emphasize tailoring professional learning to meet the unique needs of educators, fostering a more individualized approach to professional development.

Verbalizing Visions

We collaborated with clients to provide professional development and create culturally-sustaining teacher tours that highlight the importance of local community partnerships. This initiative showcases the rich cultural assets within communities, empowering educators and leaders to connect with their surroundings in meaningful ways.

Voorhees University

We offered course and content development services for the Master's of Teaching and Learning academic program, with a focus on creating virtual learning experiences that fully engage learners. These courses were designed to align with the program’s instructional goals, providing culturally responsive virtual learning environments that assess and enhance student competence.

Carolina Collaborative for Alternative Pathways

We provide talent recruitment services for an alternative teaching pathway that integrates the expertise of local educators, schools, districts, and non-profit organizations. This service includes strategic recruitment planning, managing the marketing budget, and identifying high-quality talent from diverse sources to ensure a robust pipeline into teaching.

Delaware State University

As a Co-Principal Investigator for the IUSE program, we supported the project by measuring student success, conducting data analysis, and sharing results. Our educational research investigated the impact of course-based research experiences on students, comparing outcomes with control groups and identifying the key factors that contributed to student success.
