Dr. Deanna Taylor is a dedicated and experienced educator with 19 years in the field. She is the owner and a principal consultant at Interactive Learning Solutions, LLC where she works with teacher preparation providers, schools and school districts, and individual educators at the PK-20 levels to provide positive learning engagements for all stakeholders. 

 

Prior to launching her consulting firm, Taylor served as an Education Associate at the South Carolina Department of Education, a Human Resources Director, a Grant Coordinator, an Instructional Coach and a Master Teacher at several grade levels. She is an active member of the South Carolina Alliance of Black School Educators (SCABSE). 

 

Taylor is an alumna of Kennesaw State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology. She has also obtained a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership, both from Grand Canyon University. 

 

In her spare time, Taylor mentors doctoral candidates and serves as the content expert for several learners as a member of their dissertation committee. Most importantly, she loves to spend time with her husband and two children.
