Prior to launching her consulting firm, Taylor served as an Education Associate at the South Carolina Department of Education, a Human Resources Director, a Grant Coordinator, an Instructional Coach and a Master Teacher at several grade levels. She is an active member of the South Carolina Alliance of Black School Educators (SCABSE).
